Boostly Limited operates the deployAI website and related AI assistant deployment services. We handle personal information in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and explain how data is collected, used, stored and protected.

服务条款Terms of Service

DeployAI 提供 AI 助理部署、配置、安全加固、工具集成以及持续托管服务。OpenClaw 本身为第三方开源软件，我们提供的是部署、配置与维护服务，而非 OpenClaw 软件本体保证。

DeployAI provides deployment, configuration, security hardening, tool integration and ongoing managed care. OpenClaw itself is third-party open-source software. Our service covers implementation and maintenance, not a blanket guarantee over the upstream software project.

一次性部署提供 14 天退款保障，适用于对服务质量或实际效果不满意的情况；不适用于客户自行修改配置、第三方服务变化或超过 14 天后的申请。

One-time setup includes a 14-day refund window for dissatisfaction with service quality or outcome. It does not cover client-made configuration changes, third-party service changes or requests made after the 14-day period.

数据安全Data Security

• 重要动作需要你的确认，例如发送邮件、删除文件或金融类操作
• AI 对话记录、记忆文件和工作日志保存在你的 VPS 或 Mac Mini 上
• 托管期间的运维访问可通过 Tailscale 等加密方式进行，不暴露公共端口
• 不会存储你的原始密码，也不会出售你的数据
• 使用 AI 模型提供方时，数据通过 HTTPS/TLS 传输，并会在咨询阶段说明模型与服务器位置

• Important actions require your approval, such as sending emails, deleting files or financial operations
• AI history, memory files and work logs stay on your VPS or Mac Mini
• Maintenance access can be handled through encrypted channels such as Tailscale, without exposing public ports
• We do not store raw passwords and we do not sell client data
• When model providers are used, data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and the provider/location is disclosed during consultation
